Adding and deleting points

To receive access to the portal you must first be added by a CN employee or by our support staff.

Once your account has been added to the platform you will receive an email allowing you to set up a password.

If you are having troubles logging in please try resetting your password by clicking the “forgot password button on the main login screen.

Follow these steps to assign or revoke points to rewards portal users

*Note – To add use the add or revoke points feature you must have “admin” access to the portal. For Driver Managers please review the transfer points documentation by clicking here. 
 
Once you have successfully logged into the portal please navigate to the top right of the screen and click the 3 lines. 
 
Please select the “Assign Points” button from the main menu
 
This will direct you to the Assign or Revoke Points form
 
Please fill out the form fields with the details of points to assign or revoke and click the update button.
 
A pop-up will confirm that the point transaction has gone through.
 
To view the system point log please click on the point log tab found on that page. 
 
To view users that have been reported to not receive points for the following month please view the reported Users Tab.
Congrats! You have successfully learned to add and revoke points through the CNTL Safety Rewards Portal.

Transfering Point Balance

Follow these steps to transfer point balance to a driver

*Note – To transfer points you must have driver manager or above platform access.  
 
Once you have successfully logged into the portal please navigate to the top right of the screen and click the 3 lines. 
 
Please select the “Driver Contractors” button from the main menu
 
When the Driver Contractor page has finished loading, please click on the “Reward Bonus Points” button.
 

Scroll down to the transfer points form

To transfer points to your drivers, start typing their name/user ID in the “Recipient” field and the platform will start pulling users fitting that criteria.

In the message field, please add in the reason for the transfer of points which will allow us to create a history of point(s) allocation.

Congrats! You have successfully transferred points to another user.

Deleting a driver

Once your account has been added to the platform you will receive an email allowing you to set up a password.

Follow these steps to delete driver

*Note – To delete drivers you must have driver manager or above platform access. Viewable drivers are restricted to only your department
 
Once you have successfully logged into the portal please navigate to the top right of the screen and click the 3 lines. 
 
Please select the “Driver Contractors” button from the main menu
 
When the Driver Contractor page has finished loading, you will see a list of your department users.
 
Use the search bar to help find the user that is to be deleted.
 
Once you have found the driver to be deleted please hover on top of their username and click the delete button that is displayed.
 
A confirmation page will be displayed to confirm the user deletion.
 
After you confirm the deletion by clicking the “Confirm Deletion” button the user will be removed from the rewards portal.

Follow these steps to add a new driver

*Note – To add a new driver you must have driver manager or above platform access. Driver Contractors can NOT add new users to the rewards portal. 
 
Once you have successfully logged into the portal please navigate to the top right of the screen and click the 3 lines. 
 
Please select the “Driver Contractors” button from the main menu
 
When the Driver Contractor page has finished loading, please click on the add new driver button.
 
Please fill out the form fields with the details of the new driver that is to be added to the rewards portal.
 
The User Role Section is important that the correct department is picked as this controls which users will have visibility to the new user.
 
When you have confirmed all the details of the new driver are correct please click the button “Add New User”
 
After a user has been successfully added to the rewards portal you can view the user on the “Driver Contractor” tab found on the page.
Congrats! You have successfully added a new driver to the rewards portal.
